Dr Victoria Naa Kwale Bampoh was born to the late Rev.E.T. Quartey and Mrs. Bernice Quartey of Tesano Baptist church in Ghana on April 25, 1969. With very humble beginnings, she sang in the choir, played the piano and helped to get the church premises ready every Sunday morning. Victoria Naa Kwale Bampoh is currently an Assistant Professor in Chemistry and still works with her husband Apostle Bismark Barima Bampoh in establishing and supporting Perez Chapel USA churches.

Dr. Victoria Bampoh’s idea of women’s ministry in the North American region is to encourage women to support their husbands and sons and daughters to be strong leaders who would stand out with Christ-like character that is so much needed in the world today. She believes women have such power and inbuilt resources to transform homes and communities into God’s idea of what the world should be.

Dr. Victoria Bampoh obtained her Bachelor’s degree and Master of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast, thereafter obtained a scholarship to graduate school at Syracuse University in the US. After graduating from her PhD program in Chemistry, she accepted an offer to lecture at the University of Minnesota for four years. She is currently a Faculty at Bard College USA and offers college level chemistry courses to talented young students in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC areas. 

Dr. Victoria Bampoh has one son, Benard Nana Kwabena Bampoh who is a Computer Science graduate of University of Maryland. She loves to minister in music together with her husband and son.
